1. All orders are FOB Plattsburgh, NY unless indicated otherwise.
   
   
2. All orders must be prepaid unless credit has been established.
   
   
3. Payment terms are as follows:
   1. Prepayment – Wire Transfer, Bank Cashier’s Cheque and Money Orders
   2. Credit Card – PAY PAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS
      
      
   3. COD - The only acceptable form of COD payment is Cash or Money Order or Bank Cashier's Cheque. The applicable COD fee charged by the delivery company will be added to the order total.
      
      
4. No Minimum order is required.
   
   
5. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer unless prices marked include freight charges.  Mode of transportation will be the carrier of our choice on all orders that freight is included in the price.
   
   
6. No returns are accepted without prior authorization.
   
   
7. Upon receipt of merchandise, customer must inspect package, carton and contents.  Any damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery and a damage claim must be filed with the transportation company immediately.
   
   
8. Claims for shortages, damages and defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
